Aiven
Led a cross-functional project to kickstart product experimentation at Aiven. Partnered with a growth marketer to lead the project, and worked with engineers and analysts to set up infrastructure. Designed and shipped the first experiment focused on user activation, and paved the way for ongoing experiments and growth.

Conversion optimization for Perk, a bold boutique clothing brand. Sharpened messaging and restructured content on landing pages to strengthen brand positioning and build trust faster. Reduced the number of purchase steps to boost checkout conversion.

Bebbo
Design of Bebbo, UNICEF's parenting app. The app was commissioned to help Halo Beba - a Serbian phone counseling service for parents - offer preventive support. Over the years, however, Bebbo evolved past its original mission and design, ultimately reaching 14 countries, exceeding 1 million downloads, and becoming UNICEF's flagship parenting app. Working with my team at Alpha Design, I designed the first version of the app and created a lightweight design system to support future iterations.
